Hello and welcome. I’m Beth, a licensed clinical social worker. I believe that life can be overwhelming, and we may need extra support at times to navigate it. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe place for people to work toward personal goals and improve their overall wellbeing. My approach is person-centered and strength based so your goals and strengths are highlighted in our work together. I strive to help individuals feel safe to explore the difficulties they may be experiencing regarding issues such as anxiety, depression, and coping skills.
Together we will get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and explore your personal goals for therapy. I will ask questions and listen to better understand you. From there we work together to build a plan to move towards your goals at a pace you are comfortable with.
My biggest strengths are using a nonjudgemental approach and listening to ensure individuals have a safe place to process and share. I provide warmth and compassion to my clients and collaborate with them to improve their daily life. I use a variety of therapeutic strategies geared to each individual to help them meet and overcome challenges they face.
