In addition to CBT, I also focus on providing MBCT...being present, focusing on the "now". Based on the issue(s), I utilize self-help workbooks & provide”homework”. Overall, I can tailor a program to fit your needs and provide you with tools to facilitate a lifelong change
I have over 30 years experience including hospital affiliations with JHH, Lifebridge & Sheppard Pratt. I have also been certified/trained in CISD. For OON and self-pay clients: I will provide you with any necessary receipt(s) for you to submit to get reimbursed.
