I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma. This includes both "Big T" trauma—such as life-threatening events—and "little t" trauma, which may not be life-threatening but can still have a profound emotional impact. Many of my clients have also developed patterns of insecure attachment as a result of these experiences.
My therapeutic approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory to support healing and personal growth. I am also the author of "Forgive and Live", a book and video series.
I commonly work with clients dealing with PTSD, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and those navigating the challenges of affair recovery. My goal is to help individuals heal from trauma, establish secure attachments, and discover a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
