Do you feel a little stuck, or maybe lost along the way? You are not alone!
Hi, I am Beth, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focused on neurodivergence. I focus on trauma, Big Feelings, and other life experiences from a neurodivergent lens.
I'd love to meet you wherever you are in life's journey. I believe that each person needs different things, and together, we can find the best approach for you. I utilize a combination of DBT skills, polyvagal theory framework, CBT interventions, and Play Therapy to address the unique needs of each child and individual.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Having a trusting relationship with clients is key to empowerment and growth in therapy; My goal is to help you feel confident and in control of your life. Many of these negative feelings are symptoms of neglected aspects of ourselves. I want to work with you to get to the core of the problem and interpret what your body is trying to tell you.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from UNC-G, with minors in American Sign Language and Deaf Advocacy. I received my MSW from NCSU
I am LGBT+ affirming and a part of the community myself. My partner has Autism and I have ADHD, which gives me a unique perspective.
My favorite thing to do is get lost in a good book for hours.
