Hello, I am Beth Hendley. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia. My mental health interests include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma-related issues, daily life stressors, and more. I strive to encourage and support my clients to meet their therapy goals with coping skills, self-motivation, and client-centered techniques. I believe that a client should be willing and wanting to better their quality of daily life, and I am here to guide you through that journey.
I use CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused and I am trained in the BLAST (Bi-Lteral Analysis and Stimulation Treatment) Technique for trauma. I typically work with Adults (ages 18+) who are willing to participate in therapy and are willing to do the personal work throughout therapy.
