I have over 30 years of experience in therapy. I'm licensed in both Mississippi & Tennessee; and I see individual adults virtually, statewide. Telehealth is an amazing & convenient resource! Counseling is provided for depression, anxiety, & other life stressors. Many people have personal struggles with: grief, relationship problems, difficulty with communication, divorce, childhood & adult traumas, social issues, health issues, and job/school performance. Pregnancy, adoption, parenting, or becoming a caregiver for an elderly or ill family member can also be overwhelming.
