About
Throughout my career, I have been focused on helping people find a way to be their best selves--helping them to modify the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that get in the way of their success. I personally enjoy meeting a wide variety of people in my practice, and I find that the strategies that I use are helpful with both children/families and adults.
At its core, I believe that counseling and therapy are about helping people figure out what's getting in their way, and finding tools to get past barriers. Sometimes those barriers are thoughts, sometimes they are habits, and sometimes they are emotions that we can't manage. I'll help you figure that out for yourself/your child and then we'll make a plan.
I'd love to start talking with you about what's getting in the way of your success. My schedule has opened up since I've been working via Telehealth, and I have availability. I am, however, transitioning from a group practice to a solo Telehealth practice, and not all insurance contracts are yet completed. Please check with me to see the status of your plan.
