I’m a MSW and Supervisee in Social Work with 10 years of experience, offering a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work with individuals from early childhood through adulthood. I work collaboratively with clients to build skills to manage emotions, improve interpersonal connections, increase resilience, and deepen their self compassion in order to create positive change in their lives.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal struggles, life transitions, women’s issues, grief and loss, and trauma. I enjoy utilizing creative approaches in my work, including art and play therapy, emphasizing mindfulness, the mind/body connection, and self compassion.
I am currently a SISW in Virginia, approved by the Virginia Board of Social Work to provide services under the supervision of a licensed professional as I complete requirements for licensure.
