About
Life is tough and can sometimes get overwhelming. Perhaps you are rethinking your job, your relationship or other aspects of life. Maybe frustration is playing a bigger role in your life than you’d prefer. Don't ignore your feelings. It may be that a shift is taking place inside you telling you that you're ready for something different. If you are ready to create change and take action, let's work together!
I have spent the last 20+ years working in the field of politics, education, health care and nonprofit management. Of that time 15 years have been dedicated to helping veterans. Experience has afforded me the opportunity to specialize in: Life Transitions, Work Life Balance, Veterans Issues, Female Empowerment and Leadership Challenges.
My philosophy is that we are all perfectly imperfect, and should seek to live life as our authentic selves. I am an open mind, caring professional who won’t judge you, but will give you the space to feel safe, be heard and work through your thoughts and emotions. Honest and frank, I may also push you to grow.
