My practice is geared towards individuals, couples, and families facing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, addiction, and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds, including interfaith, intercultural, interracial, and LGBTQ2+. I offer a safe, supportive space for self-exploration, understanding, and utilize a variety of interventions to accelerate your healing process. I also work with issues around parenthood or eldercare, including finding yourself again after years of caregiving.
I specialize in recognizing patterns, acknowledging external pressures, and providing opportunities to engage in expressive art modalities and/or brainspotting if desired.
