I believe therapy is relational process and will lead with compassion & authenticity to create a supportive environment while working collaboratively with you to feel more like yourself and create a path forward.
As a therapist I take a person-centered approach and use a range of modalities to best fit your needs-so you feel truly seen and heard. I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) with a special interest in recovering people-pleasers, grief/loss, people living with chronic illness, 30-50 yr old women, and people in medical/helping professions or education.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable-particularly if you're used to handling things on your own. I'm here to offer a warm and supportive environment while we collaborate together to process emotions, figure out next steps and create meaningful change.
