Inner Relationship Focusing for Couples and Individuals - Are you seeking to connect with yourself and your partner in a way that builds trust, safety and ease in body, mind and heart? I offer many years of experience working with individuals and couples in discovering the healing power of compassionate body-centered witnessing in a safe and restorative space.
In our sessions I will guide you to focus in, connect with your senses, and practice compassionate witnessing of self and other. I draw upon 20 yrs of experience in various modalities including, Buddhist Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, Birthing From Within, Shamanic Healing, Art Expression, Somatic Attachment, and Somatic Internal Family Systems.
With so much complexity in the world, now is the time to heal relationship issues and social anxiety.
