I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by Dr. Nathaniel Smith, LPC-S. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space rooted in person-centered and relational-cultural approaches, where clients feel heard and valued.
I am trained in ADHD, EMDR, and play therapy, and I am a Certified Life Coach. I take a collaborative approach to counseling, tailoring my work to support each client’s individual needs and goals.
As a transracial South Korean adoptee, I am open to supporting adoptees and their families with cultural humility and understanding. I hold a Master’s in Education and previously worked as a high school teacher, in addition to a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience mentoring adolescents in local school districts.
