Life's challenges can be overwhelming, and it's easy to get stuck. The good news is that you are not alone. I am a clinical mental health counselor who uses a client-centered, solution-focused approach to work with individuals to find healthy ways to meet those challenges. Together, we’ll get to the root of the problem. Together, we work through tough issues. Together, we identify goals, create strategies, and a path to achieve them empowering you to grow and move forward with confidence.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals who suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges as well as life transitions. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
