I’ve learned that we all will experience pain, hardships, and valleys - where we could use some hope and help, to find our way out. Those valleys can be difficult, devastating, and overwhelming at times, especially to face on our own. In those difficult times, trauma’s cumulative effects, emotional wounds, life burdens, relational challenges, & life transitions - can seem insurmountable to navigate alone. Choosing support to navigate hard seasons - is a huge sign of strength. I’m here to provide compassionate counseling, new tools, hope & support, with a heart for your story.

My passion is to provide a safe & nurturing space for your unique story and burdens, with understanding, empathy, warmth, a caring heart, alongside therapeutic expertise, and an approach rooted in sincerity. I am out of network with insurance companies. I can issue a "Superbill" for you to claim out of network insurance benefits for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
