Thank you for visiting my page and giving me the opportunity to offer help and healing. I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years. During my career, I have worked with various populations including adults, children, adolescents, and couples. I have specialized in treating adults with depression, anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, relationship problems, and those experiencing major life changes and losses. I see my purpose as helping an individual feel more in control of their Iife and not allowing the past to control them; to ease anxiety and eliminate depression.
Depression and anxiety are the two most prevalent behavioral disorders in our society and are the result of numerous life experiences including childhood trauma, low self-esteem, loss of loved ones through death, divorce or other major losses as well as adult trauma situations. I equip clients with skills to better cope and feel in control of their lives.
I know there is a need for more online therapy sessions especially for those who find it difficult to travel into an office because of no or unreliable transportation.
