I specialize in anxiety disorders, trauma, couples therapy and sex/love addiction (affair recovery, porn addiction, serial affairs). I have extensive training in the field of cognitive behavior therapy, the "gold standard" in treating anxiety disorders. I have post-graduate training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, a researched-based couples therapy with high success rate. EFT can help you understand the negative cycle creating distance and conflict in your relationship. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
My own marriage was damaged by infidelity. A lot of hard work as a couple helped us repair the damage and restored our relationship. My husband is a relationship coach and Anglican clergyman. He is certified as a PSAP (pastoral sex addiction professional) trained in working with men who have compulsive sexual behavior.
There are times when healing the marriage isn't possible, when active addiction or abuse continue to destroy the bond and safety in the relationship. I am here to help you set boundaries and learn to trust your own reality in those situations.

Betrayal Trauma Recovery
This is a group for women who have experienced betrayal in their relationship. The group will meet every other Wednesday from 5:15 pm to 6:45 pm beginning February 15th.
