January 2026: Accepting new patients! Have you been feeling unmotivated and struggle to complete tasks? Does overthinking keep you up at night? Have you been wondering more and more “Who am I?” -– grappling with questions like “What do I want?” What do I need?” or “What do I want to do?” Hey y’all, I’m Dr. Curran. I love working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with low mood, anxiety, relationships, and finding the best direction for their lives. I also love working with people of all ages who are going through life transitions, identity exploration, who are in the midst of changes, or who are feeling ‘stuck.’
I specialize in acceptance and commitment therapy, purposed with helping people work through difficult adjustments, open their mind to possibilities, and connect to their own sense of purpose. I also specialize in trauma therapy, interpersonal therapy, and LGBTQIA+ therapy.
My goal is to help people feel safe with me in exploring their needs, feelings, behaviors, and emotions, and provide care that centers their experiences in an affirming way. Think we might be a good fit? I’d be delighted to meet with you to find out!
