Accepting new clients in person, in my Kingston, NY office, and tele-health. I am a seasoned, trauma-informed therapist with over 25 years experience helping children, adolescents and adults to work through life's challenges, thereby living happy, fulfilling lives. I am a passionate believer that we all have inner resources and strengths that enable us to reduce anxiety, depression, heal inner wounds, improve relationships and experience personal growth.
In a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, I offer a combination of talk therapy and body-mind therapies including Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, Meditation and Expressive Art Therapies to gain insight, learn coping skills and improve daily functioning.
Beginning therapy is a courageous journey of self discovery. Through compassionate listening and an interactive approach we will access your strengths and inner resources to achieve your goals. I offer free 15 minute consultations and a sliding scale for those who are out of network and pay out of pocket. Feel free to contact me to explore this further.
