"Discover Your Power To Heal" is my mission statement to join with my clients on their road to healing from profound loss and trauma. My professional philosophy for over 30 years has always been to provide my clients with unconditional positive regard within a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. Individuals with whom I have worked with over the years consider me to be very innovative with realistic skill building, compassionate, and helpful so that they may find self acceptance and many more moments of self-love; hope despite their grief, anxiety, or past trauma.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced grief certification , I am extremely sensitive to the needs of my clients and strongly believe in a humanistic approach that may cultivate feelings of well-being and significance. I provide teletherapy, telehealth therapy sessions for clients in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.

It’s a honor to be of service to my clients and “journey” with them in a life changing way so that they may begin to realize their desire to “speak their grief” and express their pain and quiet suffering.
