Are you feeling stuck, burnt out or misunderstood? Are you navigating emotional overwhelm, tension, stress, dissociation, isolation or chronic low-self esteem? Are you always “in your head?” Living as a neurodivergent person in a neurotypical world can contribute to these struggles, making it hard to engage fully in life. Somatic therapy can help us slow down & address these challenges in an intuitive and authentic way. I work with everyone & specialize in providing neuro-affirmed somatic counseling for people who have experienced trauma as well as ADHD folks who identify as women or LGBTQIA+ with a history of masking or fitting in.
My therapeutic approach is relational and attachment based, ensuring that you are seen and accepted for who you are. I facilitate Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, vagal toning exercises (polyvagal theory), breathwork and movement sequencing to help work through stored tension, trauma and anxiety in order to become unstuck.
