Hello and welcome to my practice. Asking for help is not easy, so I am so glad you are here! Therapists are not a one size fits all and finding the right fit for you is so important for therapy to be successful. My approach with clients is always collaborative, genuine and warm. I am client-centered, strengths based, and solutions focused. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to correspond with the needs of each individual client, meeting them where they are at.
One of my strengths is working with individuals who have a hard time trusting, connecting, and feeling safe. This allows me the opportunity to be impactful and help you achieve your goals. I hope that after our first session, you feel some relief in knowing that you are not alone and there are better days ahead.
I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, transitions, substance abuse, trauma and/or social difficulties. I am certified in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and utilize this modality with at least half of my clients with excellent results. Please call or email.
