I approach counseling from my life experiences and professional studies. I was a tenured professor before beginning my vocation in counseling. I use existential theory in my approach, working with you to explore uncertainty, deal with events that may feel overwhelming, and process emotions to create the life you want to lead.

I rely on evidence-based methods. My priority working with you is making sure you feel seen, heard, and supported. I want you to be the author of your own life and to find your voice and power to make choices and take actions that align with your true self.
