From applying play therapy with children to guiding teens & adults in processing thoughts & emotions, I use practical, here-and-now approaches that connect past experiences with present feelings & behaviors.
We all have experiences that affect us negatively in one way or another & sometimes processing these things can be challenging. My mission is to be a safe, calming, empathic presence while providing a non-judgmental space for healing & growth. And I consider it a privilege to support each client's well-being and personal journey.
