My work is grounded in a relational and body-oriented approach to therapy. I draw on the immense resources of the body-- its rich wisdom to support the cultivation of mindful presence, internal resource, gentle self inquiry/guidance and embodiment. Creating space for you to listen to your voice and inner experience allows for both depth and breath of understanding, as well as authentic expression and acceptance.
I enjoy working with clients who are committed to inquiry, depthful work & contemplative/spiritual practices. I also work well with those dealing with stress/anxiety & health-related illnesses (particularly, autoimmune disorders) through Mindfulness/contemplative-based practices, as well as issues around aging parents.
I am an integrative/mindfulness therapist who includes the body, mind & spirit into the psychological work. I also offer integrative health support/counseling & consultation, Mindfulness instruction, as well as support/consultation around aging parents/ partners.
