I offer an integrative approach based on scientifically proven theory and methodologies, e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am a Christian, licensed clinician and defer to a client's preference whether to incorporate faith into therapy.
Counseling isn't abstract to me: A bumpy road through early life shaped me to lead with grace in my work.
