I offer an integrative approach based on scientifically proven theory and methodologies, e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. As a faith-friendly therapist, I defer to the client's preference to incorporate faith in your therapy or not.
I love working with women and girls, 14 and over! Counseling isn't abstract to me: A bumpy road through early life shaped me to lead with grace in my work.
