Many of the clients I work with are teens and young adults facing stressful and transitional periods of life, including school, relationships, college or career changes, and the pressure of trying to have everything figured out. I often support clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, social anxiety, self-doubt, depression, loneliness, or dissatisfaction with life. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship while helping clients develop practical tools and gain insight to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges.
I strive to create a warm and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly. My approach draws from CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and relaxation strategies tailored to each individual. I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, heard, and able to move at a comfortable, collaborative pace.
Anxiety, stress, and depression can make everyday life feel exhausting, even when things appear “fine” from the outside. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. If you're looking for support with anxiety, life transitions, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, I’d be happy to connect with you.
