I like to start by making a warm and heartfelt connection with you, supporting and accepting you just as you are. From there, we work to transform difficult struggles into opportunities for greater self-love and richer understanding. Our process is collaborative, with you being at choice every step of the way. I use a blend of innovative approaches that have helped many hundreds of individuals and couples manifest, grow, and savor the relationships and sexuality they desire. In a relaxed, open, and deeply aware state, we discover our truths by gently dissolving shame-filled stories of the mind.
I call this Mindful Loving and Sexuality, a psychospiritual approach that invites us to experience the love that's available at any moment in time. It's a life-changing process that embraces wisdom from ancient spiritual traditions, as well as modern, evidence-based insights on love, sex and relationship.
Body-mind practices such as EMDR and guided meditation help you unfold. Clients frequently report a heightened sense of freedom and aliveness. Whether you come for a workshop, group, or individual or couples therapy, our time together will help infuse all your relationships with more joy, passion and lasting lovingkindness.

Sexual Healing AND Empowerment for Women (2020)

--April 6 THROUGH JUNE 15, 2020 (skipping Memorial Day). We'll meet Monday evenings from 7 - 9 PM. For more than 20 years, I've been delighted and honored to facilitate the transformation of MANY dozens of women as they move through sexual wounding and shame to embrace a more joyful and truth-empowered sexuality. Group members experience vicarious healing and expanded possibilities as they witness the journeys and perspectives of others. Enjoy support and encouragement to move toward a more gratifiying sexuality filled with pleasure, desire, and choice. Please visit: heart-of-therapy.com for more information. Thank you!
