Transition, loss, confusion, disconnection, loneliness, sadness, anger, grief, anxiety, pain, emotional dysregulation, relationship conflict, low self-esteem. My trauma-informed focus is on women's health (cis, trans, or self-defined), sexual health, menopause, divorce, attachment wounds, relational conflict, adjustment and transitions, and depression.
