My trauma-informed focus is on women's health (cis, trans, or self-defined), sexual wellness, menopause, attachment wounds, relational conflict, adjustment and life transitions, and depression. I am deeply relational and empathetic, and with respect and care, create a safe, welcoming, and shame-free space that fosters brave discovery and positive change.
