We all have storms that come into our lives and sometimes these waters are difficult to navigate through. My goal is to help you calm your storm in a nonjudgmental and safe space. We can work through life's struggles together in order to heal, move on, and face the new day.
I have a focus for working with children ages 5 to 12 and teens ages 13-17. I am able to help children, teens, and their families with school, trauma, defiance, and other behavioral concerns. I am also willing to work with adults with issues concerning depression, anxiety, stress management, past trauma, and challenges that they face in their daily life.
I offer a nonjudgmental and safe space where I listen with empathy and help my clients face the daily challenges that come their way. I want my clients to feel like they can walk through life's storms and know that I am there to help them navigate the tough times and see the rainbow ahead.
