Sometimes the next step isn't more time - it's the right kind of treatment. I specialize in Complex PTSD and Dissociative Disorders/DID, Affair/Betrayal Trauma, Narcissistic Abuse, and High-Conflict Separation and Co-Parenting, including Parenting Coordination in Circuit 20. I offer both weekly therapy and focused weekend intensives - including specialized trauma and affair recovery weekends. This can be effective for clients that require more immediate clarity, relief, and momentum. Available in person and online, our work is designed to help you move out of survival mode and into grounded confidence and emotional resilience.

I am trained in and utilize evidence-based treatments like Eye Movement Integration, Traumatic Incident Reduction, IFS, Emotionally Focused Couples, Gottman Specialties, Deep Brain Reprocessing and DBT. I am direct, yet kind, helping you navigate emotions, learn skills and build resilience. My focus is quality of life not just how you feel in session.

We are a fully private pay office. I do not bill insurance, however a superbill is available for possible reimbursement. Fees are $200 an hour, weekdays 9am to 3pm and $275 an hour evenings/weekends. Weekend intensives and programs vary. Please check our website for more information.
