My specialties include: Couples counseling, premarital, child/adolescent disorders, PTSD (EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family/relational therapy. I am trained professional capable of risk and depression assessments and draw upon my background on the Emergency Response Team to provide treatment to Military, FD and LE professionals and their families.
I value working with clients to find balance in their lives. My background includes experience as a life coach, personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor. Therefore, I provide weight loss support services when needed and encourage clients to learn about relaxation and mindfulness techniques. I also provide Equine Assisted Therapy.
