I am a dedicated counselor passionate about supporting individuals through overwhelming and challenging experiences. Brainspotting is one of my favorite therapy techniques to help you rapidly clear trauma and expand on your highest possiblities.

I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore the underlying causes of distress. Specializing in individual and couples counseling, I also offer premarital and marriage enrichment counseling. As an IASIS Certified Provider, I can incorporate Microcurrent Neurofeedback to help you reregulate your nervous system and promote overall well-being.
