Have you been impacted by loss due to Covid 19? Is isolation and social distancing causing you loneliness, anxiety or conflict in your family? Grief and mourning are being experienced as never before. Our traditional ways of coping - through the participation in rituals and communal gatherings, the hugs of loved ones and being with family - have been upended. The reality of not being able to be with loved ones, especially those who are ill or dying is traumatic. We are also having to negotiate with our family in new ways. I can help you find a path through these challenges.
I offer bereavement counseling, support groups and conflict resolution including divorce mediation and parenting coordination via secure video or telephone conferencing. As both a mediator and bereavement counselor, plus my interest in working with older adults I bring a unique perspective to help you cope and navigate your changed family circumstances.
Grief is an isolating experience in "normal" times, and we know our way through it is by sharing and connection with others. You deserve the opportunity to share your story, get support and learn new coping strategies.

On-line bereavement support group for those impacted by loss due to Covid 19. This group is for adults who face the death of a loved one, or have a loved one in hospital or care facility. The focus is on how we experience grief in isolation, how we can create meaning and ritual, and learn coping strategies.
