As an EMDR Certified therapist/Consultant and IFS Level 1 trained therapist with 20+ years of experience, I offer therapy that is both gentle and effective. I look forward to helping you heal your trauma and discover and strengthen the voice of your innate inner wisdom so that you can thrive in daily life with more confidence and self-compassion. I work with children (age 2 and up), teens, and adults and treat adverse experiences, recent trauma, loss, medical trauma, childhood abuse, anxiety, PTSD, and C-PTSD. Additionally, I specialize in therapy for therapists.
During sessions we'll go at a pace that is comfortable for you. Sessions will feel productive and manageable. We'll focus on your goals, and I'll introduce different therapy methods such as EMDR, IFS, and Mind-Body techniques. If you have good relationship with a weekly therapist and would like to do adjunct short term trauma work, welcome!
In addition to weekly/biweekly therapy, I offer EMDR Intensives (multi-hour in depth treatment). If you're ready to accelerate your healing and/or if the traditional weekly session structure does not suit your schedule, Intensives may be a good fit for you!
