Real Talk
The purpose of "Real Talk" is to provide a safe space for participants to talk about real life situations without judgement. The Real Talk platforms are settings designed specifically for adolescent and young adult participants to address every day issues they feel are relevant. They can choose to dump, receive feedback or both. The "dump" is a space specifically to address issues members feel are "heavy" situations. Members can sit or leave a note in the "dump". Everyone must sign a no harm contract to participate in this group. Members will develop coping skills to help manage everyday situations.

We Are The Village
The goal of "We Are The Village" is providing a safe space for participants to come together and help one another by addressing everyday issues faced in parenting. There are parents who are working jobs, parenting adult children, raising teenagers and/or grandchildren, being caregivers and managing responsibilities of aging parents. This can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling hopeless, alone, and unsure. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Support and understanding within this space will provide coping skills to help manage everyday living. Let's help each other break the cycle. Call today to register for upcoming classes.
