I'm a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling in their relationships with shame, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and attention/learning problems.
My work is informed by several psychotherapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Trauma-informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT)
