I have specialized experience working with individuals that are experiencing depression, anxiety, and/or trauma that is inhibiting their everyday lives. I am passionate about helping manage these challenges, which frequently arise within family, friendships, or self-identity.
Therapy is not just for people with mental illnesses, someone grieving a loss, or someone who experienced a trauma. Therapy can reduce stress, improve relationships, and help with decision-making. I view you as an expert on your story. My approach has often been termed “conversational” by clients, who often felt that therapy did not feel like therapy.
Therapy works best when there is a good therapist-client relationship, curiosity for self-discovery, and honesty. I utilize comprehensive assessments to have a clearer understanding of diagnostic complexities to implement the most effective interventions.
