Hi! I'm Bernard, owner of ARCH Counseling Center. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety or past hurts, or longing for more fulfilling relationships, I'm here to help. I aim to understand the obstacles holding you back from your envisioned life and provide practical strategies for lasting change. Drawing from an integrated approach including person-centered, CBT, existential, narrative, and solution-focused therapy, I tailor treatment to your unique needs. Trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy by Drs. John & Julie Gottman, I'm also a certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Grief Counseling Specialist, and Youth Mental Health Specialist.
