The client/therapist relationship is one of the strongest indicators of client success and the therapy hour is that rare occasion where one can feel safe sharing their thoughts, feelings, fears, disappointments, and dreams without judgment. My strengths as a therapist begin with my ability to make clients feel comfortable while being fully engaged and invested in their progress. My clients regularly comment on my ability to remember even the simplest of details from previous sessions even upon returning to therapy years later. I'm also continually adding to my knowledge base which allows me to add new dimensions to the therapy hour.
I have a high success rate in reducing symptoms of anxiety and resolving marital conflict. We've all been socialized to "fit in" which can have us abandoning our true path for a safer one instead. My goal is to challenge your socialized self to create the unique, meaningful life and relationships you desire or enhance that which you already have.
I'm a very hands-on therapist who tends to vary my approach to suit the individual. I accept many insurance plans for in-person and video sessions. I also enjoy counseling/coaching by text, phone or video. This is an effective avenue which I highly suggest and will offer personalized rates based on your preferred frequency and duration of contact per week.
