Anger Management
This is a 12 week session and requires a minimum of 8 persons registered. We will be using the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Association (SAMHSA) curriculum along with additional interventions to strengthen grounding skills and improve communication. A Certificate of completion will be provided after attending all 12 classes. Please contact if you are interested.
