As a strengths-based, multiculturally sensitive licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I address family, relational, and individual concerns by utilizing eclectic, holistic, and systemic approaches to help clients overcome behavioral, emotional, and mental health obstacles to achieve interpersonal and personal transformation.
I firmly believe the therapeutic relationship is a major curative factor in therapy. Therefore, I work collaboratively with diverse individuals, couples, and families to address their specific needs within a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
As a proud ally for the LGBTQIA community and an advocate for people of color, I provide affirmative counseling that integrates my understanding of anthropology, sociology, and systems to reduce disparities in access to mental and behavioral health assistance in these communities.
