As a certified ADHD Coach and Consultant with extensive training, I help my clients understand their unique brain wiring and develop supportive strategies. My clients typically struggle with executive function issues such as task initiation, time management, impulsivity, emotional flexibility, prioritizing, and procrastination. Their goals range from wanting to be more organized and less forgetful to being a better communicator in relationships and being able to tackle the boring aspects of their job. My clients want to feel whole, to let go of the shame that can come with ADHD, but also appreciate its gifts.
I help my clients discover strategies that improve such executive function skills as motivation, organization, persistence, and follow-through. We also work on letting go of the "shame brain" that often comes with having ADHD. What we focus on grows, so we work on focusing on the positive and on personal growth. ADHD has many gifts- let's unpack them!
Those with ADHD often feel ashamed and frustrated, thinking they are flawed and broken. If you are struggling to find solutions, please know you are not alone. ADHD is real. It is difficult, but it is treatable. Please contact me if you are ready to learn how to thrive with ADHD!

Adulting With ADHD
Adulting With ADHD is a 12-week virtual support group, providing a safe, supportive space to process the struggles that accompany having ADHD. Over 12 weeks, the group (max 4 people) meets once per week for a 90-minute group coaching session. Participants improve time management, motivation, organization, and follow-through while at the same time gaining confidence and greater self-compassion.
