I trained to be a clinical psychologist at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and have practiced psychotherapy since 2003. My specialty blends mindfulness practices, neurocognitive research, attachment theory, psychoanalytic theory, and Jungian analytical psychology.
