One of the best ways to destress, connect to yourself and build better relationships with others is to slow down and set some time for to create. This group is set in a gallery and sacred indegenous space in the creative and dynamic neighborhood of Logan Heights and uses art therapy and multidiciplinary materials to facilitated the exploration and processing of overwhelming feelings by finding coping skills within the art process. No art experience necessary.
