I have over fifteen years of experience and have treated children, adolescents and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety and learning differences.

Dreamscapes
"Dreamscapes" expected to begin on April 22, 2025, is a virtual group for adults to calm their nervous systems and prepare for sleep using tailored Art Therapy directives, Mindfulness and Guided Meditation technique. This will be held on Tuesdays for Four Weeks. Total cost is $250. Participants will receive a weekly email with a prompt for the next session. This group is appropriate for Adults with histories of trauma,adhd,anxiety and depression. An Intake is required for me to understand members' their unique needs.
