It is wonderful to meet you! I am a therapist and social worker. I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, grief, parenting struggles, and domestic violence. My approach to therapy is that I truly believe everyone has the ability to heal, but you may have never been given the opportunity or the tools to do so. I also believe that therapy is never a one-size-fits-all. Therapy is a collaborative process in which we work together to find the best way of healing for YOU. Some of the modalities I use to equip my clients to heal include EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
You can expect an environment where you are accepted, no matter your background. Navigating your struggles can be a big challenge, and it is one you should never have to go through alone.
