You deserve a personalized approach that makes healing, growth, and inner calm absolutely possible. I start by helping you feel seen, understood, & liked. More importantly, I help you see, understand, & like yourself. We then work together to build insight into your unique mind, emotional patterns, and what you need to overcome distress and live the life you want.

With 15 years experience working in social services, first as a health educator and then as a licensed therapist, there's not much I haven't seen or heard before. I use science-backed, trauma-informed methods (DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing) to identify what's blocking progress, and address root causes, not just symptoms.
