I know the importance of building rapport and a therapeutic relationship “trust” with my clients. I take a non-judgmental supportive approach and have experience working with a diverse population. Here is a little bit about me and my work, so that you can decide if you think we would work well together. I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy to clients of all ages. My specialty is working with adolescents, and families addressing a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, ODD, family issues, trauma, and PTSD.

One area of specialty that sets me apart from other therapists is that I am a certified school psychologist, which has given me insight into the many academic, social, emotional and behavioral needs of adolescents. I meet my clients where they are at and individualize therapy to meet their needs. I provide individual and family therapy. LPC/LPCMH supervision
